Cyntwell Terms & Conditions


  • The minimum stay is usually two nights but we can sometimes accommodate single night bookings.
  • The Single Occupancy rate is £10 off the double room rate.
  • We are sorry but we do not accept children under seven. The maximum number of persons to stay in each room is two.
  • Please telephone if you would like to book a room.
  • A deposit is required to reserve a room. We can debit this from a credit or debit card or we can accept this via a cheque. Once we have received your deposit we will send you written confirmation of your booking.
  • Rooms are available on day of arrival from 2.30 pm onwards and the latest arrival time is 8.00 pm.
  • Rooms must be vacated on the day of departure by 11.00 am.
  • We do advise you to take out holiday insurance. If you cancel your booking and we are unable to re-let your room we are entitled to charge a cancellation fee. This would amount to the total cost of your booking minus the value of items included in the price e.g breakfast. The total charged would be 90% of the value of your booking. If you have given us a credit or debit card number then we would debit this amount from the card. However we will make every effort to re-let your room.
  • When we refund deposits or other payments we deduct £5 to cover the banking charges of the initial and refund transactions.
  • We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property howsoever caused.
  • We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
