Cyntwell Terms & Conditions
- The minimum stay is usually two nights but we can sometimes accommodate single night bookings.
- The Single Occupancy rate is £10 off the double room rate.
- We are sorry but we do not accept children under seven. The maximum number of persons to stay in each room is two.
- Please telephone if you would like to book a room.

A deposit is required to reserve a room.
We can debit this from a credit or debit card or we can accept this via a cheque.
Once we have received your deposit we will send you written confirmation of your booking.
- Rooms are available on day of arrival from 2.30 pm onwards and the latest arrival time is 8.00 pm.
- Rooms must be vacated on the day of departure by 11.00 am.

We do advise you to take out holiday insurance.
If you cancel your booking and we are unable to re-let your room we are entitled to charge a cancellation fee.
This would amount to the total cost of your booking minus the value of items included in the price e.g breakfast.
The total charged would be 90% of the value of your booking.
If you have given us a credit or debit card number then we would debit this amount from the card.
However we will make every effort to re-let your room.
- When we refund deposits or other payments we deduct £5 to cover the banking charges of the initial and refund transactions.
- We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property howsoever caused.
- We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
